This booking experience was one of the extremely disappointing . I tried to cancel within a reasonable time (a week out) but was told I’d lose the entire portion. Other bookings would have a percentage of night rate kept depending on the timeframe. Once we did arrive we couldn’t identify which house was the rental as its side by side with another house of the same color. The area is not lit and there are a lot of bushes which made it impossible to find an entry point or to look for house numbers. I reached out to the owner and didn’t get a timely response. I understand it was after 9 but this is a business and there should be someone responding in case of emergencies (as this was!) We waited 20 minutes then booked a hotel. I can’t speak to the inside of the property as we never seen it. I was in town for an event and this was a huge inconvenience of time and funds. This was a terrible experience!
