« Such a lovely setting and charming friendly staff but the hotel itself is in serious need of a refurb. The bed in our room was worn out with uncomfortable springs sticking through and a metal ridge all the way round. The pillows were rocks. The duvet was summer weight so it was cold(this is February). The shower room needs work with a falling off foot board to the shower and years of grime around the bottom. There were coffee stains on the walls and drawer fronts to the desk. The mai....

« Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight). »

« Very customer centric and a great sense of service to satisfy the client »

« Amazing! Just loved it. »

« Very nice stay in this old castle. Beautiful park around. Good room, super quite and comfortable. »

« We had a twin room, but it was on the first floor, it would have been nice if there was one on the ground floor, apart from that the staff were just lovely and very helpful. the dining room was very spacious and food was tasty. In the breakfast room the staff were again very helpful and chatty, the kitchen was very open to changing the menu for different tastes. We loved it and will return. »

« Calme et propreté »

« tres bien »
