'The room and clarity was nice. The big problem was that I got locked out of my room in the morning. The safety lock on the inside somehow locked when I closed the door. A technician had to fix it but he didn’t arrive until 8:00am. This set my trip back by 1 hour. The technician said this happens occasionally. If so why don’t other staff have the tool to open a door that is locked from the inside? '

'De ontvangst was vriendelijk maar de gereedheid van de kamer was dat duidelijk niet. Er waren handdoeken voor 2 gasten ipv 3. Het sofa bed was gruwelijk om te zien met vele vieze bruine plekken op het matras! Het bed was niet zoals bij de betere hotels opgemaakt. Er hangt een vieze lucht in het hele hotel! Ontbijt opties waren minimaal. Het personeel was tijdens het ontbijt nogal luidruchtig met elkaar in gesprek. Bij het verlaten van het hotel was er niemand bij de receptie om uit te checken....

'Typisch één nacht stop-over hotel zoals er zoveel zijn langs de I 95. Niets mis mee. Voor Lafayetteville hoef je niet te stoppen. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is okay. Ontbijt redelijk en kan tot negen uur.'

'The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. Bathroom trash can had urine splashes on it. It was situated right next to the toilet. The drain in the tub did not work, unable to close it to take a bath, and the drain was dirty. Also, the exhaust fan did not work.'

The bed linen was fresh, and the room had a decent smell. No smoke, no pet oder. I was comfortable, and slept well the night of my stay. 'I had to change rooms 4 times they are very rude and nasty the first one the fridge was unplugged very nasty with water everywhere in front of the fridge and the whole room bad so she gave me another room and it smelled like a bingo hall lol and I had a toddle and a newborn baby so that point I was upset I wanted money back so I went up there she says I have one for you I went to it the window was closed i knocked nobody said anything I walked it it wasn’t even clean sheets an stuff off the bed...

'HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees.
