'Clean Room'

'The hotel is fine for staying in but it needs some love and attention. Some investment and a refurbishment would be welcome, the staff were all great, so no complaints there. Just needs a face lift.'

'Room Spacious and clean'

'Overall the hotel was good. Just disappointed with their spa massage. Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. 'I am a non-smoker and had booked a non-smoking room. Upon checked in, I was allocated with a smoking room. The room is filled with cigarette smell. Called the front desk to change but was mentioned full. Then'

'Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.'

However, on the morning of departure, we discovered that no booking had actually been made. We also found out that the shuttle only goes to Harbour Bay Ferry...

'Room is small for single bed and room’s sound proof not so good can hear from outside . Toilet is small . Overall still ok for double room . Lobby and restaurant are good '

'The hotel itself looks a bit aged but my triple room and reasonably clean and comfortable. The warm.and attentive staff gave me a positive first impression upon my arrival. Although there was a brief hotel wide blackout at night (given that the power infrastructure in Indonesia can be unreliable sometimes), the staff managed the situation professionally. The breakfast was great and the pleasant birthday surprise that the service team gave me during breakfast made it even more memorable. I...
