Let me start by saying this condo is lovely and has an amazing view. The issue for us is with the management company. We notified Vacasa that we would have 9 people. They left us with 3 towels, 2 wash cloths 2 hand towels and less than half the pillows did not have pillow cases. No big deal, we could manage for the first day and simply sent a message to Vacasa to let them know. They were polite and apologized for the inconvenience and promised to have the local management team reach out. They never did. So I sent a 2nd message and still never heard back. We dried with washcloths and ended up buying our own towels/pillowcases. Our 2nd issue arose after leaving. My son left his AirPods. We have a gps tracker on them and it showed they were still at the condo. We notified the management again and agreed to pay a $25 finding fee. We were promised to be notified when cleaning showed up and we never heard back again and now I am watching our AirPods drive around town. I called and asked if they could please assist, but I’m sure we will not hear back. Also, I was informed that the local management company claimed to drop off our linens. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Again, condo is wonderful! If there’s a private owner to this place, please switch companies. The main Vacasa company has been great, it’s just their local company that’s horrible!
