« Checked into property, was told they didn’t have a room for us, so we had to stay at the hotel next door that they also owned, a brand I had never heard of. Booked over a month ago, spent nearly 800 bucks, and had to go next door to a hotel without a pool and breakfast, that I believe was more of an extended stay place and outdated. »

« The property was not good. Room was not clean, floor had food in it. Towels were wet. Outside stairs that was told to use were about ready to collapse, were closed the next day. »

« Very dated property. The appearance on the outside is inviting but once inside you realize the age of the property and lack of room and common area maintenance. This is not a result of staff negligence, but rather it appears to be ownerships lack of desire to spend money on repairs and maintenance. The in-room internet was not good at all. « Excellent système d’appartement attention de bien respecter les règles qui sont clairement donné à l'entrée des lieux, ce n'est pas un hôtel a proprement parler c'est un genre d'apparthotel mais vous avez une liberté totale, perso nous avons bcp aimé seul réel problème la taille du lit qui est ridicule pour un lit double!( on nous a dit qu'ils seraient changé très prochainement) Pensez a prendre vos casseroles et autres poêles, couverts ect car il n'y a rien dans les placards par contre...

When we walked in, the room had mold on the ceiling in different areas, our bathroom or bedroom door would not close and we tried to throw our body into it to get it to shut, the walls and doors were banged in We were there less than 5 minutes & decided to check out & leave because we did not feel safe and the conditions were not good. « This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated. »

« Many things in room were broke or not functioning especially in the bathroom. Almost no staff in the hotel including no one at the front desk to relay problems »

« Our stay was comfortable, but I wanted to mention a cleanliness issue. Before checking out, I noticed a large yellow circular stain on the blanket near the foot of the bed. I understand mistakes can happen, but bedding should always be thoroughly inspected and clean before guests arrive. »

« Older facility that is very dated. Room was clean but had a smell so a little air freshner would have been helpful. Staff always helpful and friendly. Very close to downtown omaha and casinos as well as places to eat. »
