'Easy to find this wonderful complex with ease of parking and access for disabled. The home was presented so beautifully and was very accessible for disabled, main bedroom shower and toilet was perfect!We were able to easily access the keys from the lock box. But had difficulty assessing the fob for the car park as it was actually inside the apartment in a fruit bowl, not in the lock box as per instructions. This caused a little stress as we arrived, got our keys and then tried to park the cars...

'We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...

'The apartment was very clean and modern. Beautifully decorated, but I had to pack it all away lest the toddlers get to it! The beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked with cooking needs. Beaches, cafes, and shops all a short walk away, but the walk back up the hill was a bit of struggle with little kids. The pool was lovely to have in the building - very clean and a perfect size with a small family. '
