'It was beautiful and the food and drinks were excellent. Certain staff were amazing but most seemed as though we were bothering them. Management was amazing and helpful.'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'My room was the size of a closet, no elevator to assist, had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, luckily I was able to get a 2nd floor room. Bell boy didn’t want to take our luggage to the 4th floor so we were able to get a 2nd floor room. Cats were everywhere! Property does not look ANYTHING like the picture on Expedia! 'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '
