'Trip was so much fun. Staff was amazing. Food was great the room though needed some upgrades, but the view from the room was beautiful every morning overall it was a great time. The beach and the pool's so wonderful.'

In securing tours for our stay a helping with bags etc.
The food was also delicious. A lot of great options to choose from. Live entertainment at dinner was also very nice as well. Definitely will stay again. The beach water was absolutely beautiful with great sunset views from our beach front. The private cabana was perfect to relax and watch the sunset. Also once tired with the beach the infinity pool was great. Walk with bug repellent as...

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '
