'Amenities '

'Our family of four spent three nights at the Hotel Aashiya Haveli! We loved it there. The location is great, in the heart of where you want to stay (Lal Ghat) and there’s a great view of the lake from the roof. The room was spacious, clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Overall, it was very mellow and pleasant. Sometimes it was a little hard to find staff but that was never a big issue.'

'Room was not available and owner still accepted the booking. He did not even cancel the booking on asking. We faced too much difficulty finding another option to stay as it was too late. Terrible thing was when we asked expedia for refund even they supported that hotel made up story.'

'Het was een schoon hotel met heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Jammer van het lawaai tot laat in de nachtelijke uren. Dat lawaai was mogelijk van accommodaties in de buurt.'

'The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic '

'We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Amazingly huge clean room with incredible views of lake pichola from the room and the large balcony. Jassu went out of his way to make our time in Udaipur even more special. , nothing was too much trouble. '

'I liked this hotel. It is quirky - an old haveli, rooms are all interesting and the landing areas between them have seating / meeting areas - cool and pleasant spaces. The room towels are a non-original shade of grey. Not dirty at all but not new I suppose. The dining area has a clear view of the lake and above it is more seating again with glorious views. The breakfast is comprehensive - some lovely pancakes - and the service there is excellent. '
