'What a wonderful place close to the Loire. This old farmhouse offers spacious rooms and a generous breakfast in the morning. The owners are so helpful and lovely. It is not the Ritz in Paris, but it is a gem in the countryside. From here you can drive easily to the amazing castles along the Loire. We will be back! '

'Geweldig, lekker rustig en privé parkeren. Pizzeria en boulagerie op slechts 5 minuten rijden. We zaten in een volledig ingericht appartement met een was- en afwasmachine. Uitgebreid ontbijt. We waren op doorreis, maar ik had graag een extra nacht willen verblijven. '

'De ruime vakantiewoning van Christophe is ideaal gelegen om de kastelen van Amboise, Chenonceau, Boise, Villandry en Chambord langs de Loire te verkennen. De communicatie verliep heel vlot. '

'Wir haben uns in der sehr stimmungsvollen Atmosphäre sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mischung aus alten Gebäuden und moderner Renovierung ist sehr stimmungsvoll. Das Highlight ist die Bewirtung: Das grandiose Frühstück mit lokalem Käse und vielen selbst gekochten Marmeladen hat uns hervorragend geschmeckt.'

'We waren op Loire reis en na het kasteel van Chenonceau zochten we hotel om onze tocht naar het kasteel van Chambord te vervolgen. Dit hotel lag er tussen de beide kasteels in en had wel wat. De kamer zijn allemaal ingericht naar een bepaalde stad, Havanna, en dat had wel wat. De kamer was netjes en ook de badkamer gewoon goed, zelfs een apart toilet. Er was zelfs een vergrotende make up spiegel hetgeen zeer prettig was en je zelfs in duurdere hotels niet tegenkomt. Het eten in het restaurant...

'Accueil très chaleureux, nos hôtes étaient à l'écoute et discrets. Nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner qui était au top servi dans un grand panier ainsi que le mini bar agréable en fin de journée. Chambre et sdb très propre et moderne. Très bien placé pour visiter les lieux de la région. (Malgré un site de réservation malhonnête, les hôtes nous ont tout de même très bien reçus !!)'

'5mn walk to Domaine Chaumont chateau. Extrememy peacefull and well maintained. A little bit difficult to find even with the GPS but worth the 10mn détour. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The dining option at the Grand Chaume was a wonderful experience with a Chef trained by a Michelin star. It was a off season peak we avoided the crowd with a beautiful early blue sky and flowers.'

'From the moment you arrive the service is impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, charming and so peaceful with a serene view. We had breakfast and dinner each day and both were outstanding. Excellent location close to vineyards, Blois and Orleans. Bike or take a run on the beautiful grounds or take a peaceful walk through the Forrest. Perfect for dog lovers. Book early for the spa as it is so well done with a variety of excellent services. Don’t forget to save room in your suitcase for local...

'Très bon séjour, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour une nuit étape. La literie est très confortable, nous avons malheureusement eu très chaud cette nuit là, mais nous avons passé un très bon moment.'

'Leuk gelegen hotel. Afgesloten parking voor auto's en fietsen. Goed ontbijt. Wordt omschreven als "gastronomisch" maar is dit niet. Eerder gewone keuken zonder finesse. Dure dranken. Eindrekening controleren!'

'Simply put one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful grounds and hotel and the staff goes above and beyond for its guests. Highly recommend for anyone going to Loire Valley. Make sure you either rent a car or ask them to help coordinate taxis in advance of your trip since Ubers are not common'
