'We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

'Ana verdient veel lof voor de communicatie omtrent het verblijf en om haar gastvrijheid. Ten eerste stond ze ons op het vliegveld op te wachten, hetgeen ons een zoektocht bespaarde. We kregen duidelijke uitleg over de omgeving en het openbaar vervoer en er was een openbaar vervoerkaart voor ons klaargelegd, die we konden gebruiken. 'Netjes ingericht en genoeg voorzieningen. Zeer ruim en mooie slaapkamers met fijne bedden. (wij waren met 6 volwassenen) 2 badkamers, al is de 2e wel een beetje behelpen. Héél fijn is het terras aan de achterkant. ipv de normaal kleine balkonnetjes. Het appartement ligt midden in de gezelligheid: bars en restaurantjes I en er is een grote supermarkt direct onder het appartement! Naar het oude centrum is het ong. 15 minuten lopen maar in de wijk Ruzafa is ook genoeg te zien en beleven. Je zit...

'We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally. '

'Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse.'
