« Difficile de communiquer avec les responsables nous avions demandé certains bungalows car présence d'un petit chien et nous ne voulons pas gêné...on a eu exactement un des bungalows non demandé...et à l'accueil aucune possibilité d'échange alors que l'hôtel était occupé au maximum à....25% Sommes des clients habituels...dommage »

« There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host. We were told to use only the hot water or go to the kitchen. On top of that, the bathroom’s fan and heater didn’t work either. There was also no waterproofing on the...

« Communication was a bit poor. When we arrived we had no idea where to find the key. Tried calling, no answer so we spent 10 minutes looking by around. No one ever called back. The best could be more comfortable but they def aren’t the worst. Besides the poor communication everything else was fine. »
