« The hotel is aged. But overall it’s maintained well. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a decent amount of food options. Store in lobby has everything you need if you forget something. The hotel is due for some new carpeting in the hallways. Given the value for price, overall experience… I would stay here again. Beautiful ocean view! »

« Very nice hotel , clean bedroom , large mirror and coffee maker in the bedroom , very efficient air conditioning . Beautiful and large swimming pool where we can swim laps . There is a basketball hoop in the swimming pool , it's very funny . Plenty of parkings space for the cars . This hotel is located in the city center . There are plenty of restaurants and shops all around next to the hotel . There is a very large and beautiful beach 5 minutes walk from the hotel . We stayed 27 nights...

« I would never come again. 6th floor had terrible leaning during rain into the hall way and into our room. Reported to staff and he came to inspect. Took towels and blanket from other room for us to use and clean our wet floor. »

« Staff were excellent!! Coming out of 2 typhoons was understandably difficult Roof leaking, A/C not working in some areas of the hotel. On the other hand the banquet staff did a great job with mom’s 90th birthday celebration!!!! »

« Staff makes you feel like family while being professional and timely. They always have a quick, adequate solution for everything. I never have to worry when I stay here! Reliable and consistent. »
