Pleasant stay

Neatly maintained, 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. We did not struggle at all. Heart of the city. Peaceful neighborhood. The house has all the facilities. Felt like staying at our own home. I would recommend the property to anyone who is visiting the area.

We had an amazing experience here. It truly felt like it was home away from home. We felt very welcome and it was close by everything. The neighborhood was very calm and respectful. Bonnie was an even better host being able to contact her if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here

Good house. Too many rules.

The house is good for a place to stay in the Austin Area. Not a good place for hanging out. The owner has a laundry list of rules (included not allowing shoes to be worn inside) and chores which you are to perform and an associated fee for each. If I’m paying you to stay there and a cleaning fee, I don’t expect to be treated like a child or a maid.

QUICK TRIP - GREAT STAY

Due to the ice storm power was out at our hotel. Bonnie was very quick to reply whether the property had power and availability. Quick pivot we were booked tonarrive in less than 24hrs. The home is very clean. A little hard to find in the dark but once we were familiar it was smooth sailing. Very responsive to any questions.

Me and my sister and niece enjoyed our stay very much the house, Missouri clean the owner communicated with that very well easy check in and check out very nice neighborhood and close to all the things you would like to do. I I would stay there again.

Great place to sleep.

We had wonderful communication with the property owners. There were some minor issues with some areas the cleaning crew did a poor job, but it was taken care of immediately. We had an issue with the keyless entry not working, but that too was handled immediately. Bonnie and Doris made our stay very comfortable despite the minor issues. What they got marked down for was taken care of, and should not be a factor in choosing this house in the future.

Great location & place to stay. We reserved the place for 2 nights because my son graduated from UT and it was convenient to stay at a big place, instead in a hotel. Definitely recommend it

Nice place, easily location on the north side of Austin/south side of Round Rock. Plenty of beds, nice kitchen island. Simple, which is exactly what we were seeking.

Tournament workers

We needed house for tournament workers to spend nights. The first weekend there were 7 and not enough towels for all. No hand towels or washcloths in upstair bath. Second visit not a problem House was clean. TV was a problem to work. But most of us are not tech savey.

Great space

The house is great space. There are plenty of beds and a huge island in the kitchen. We had some issues with perhaps poor housekeeping and a rough group before us but the owners were very responsive and understanding. There is some room for improvement in overall comfort. Extra blankets and kitchen stuff. We had a crazy storm while we were there and it was nice and safe. Also, the garage was really handy.

Spacious, nice area, would stay again

This property is great for families in that it's really spacious. The property was clean and well stocked with nice towels, lotion, linens...that sort of thing. We only used the TV in the living area and it had every internet streaming service available. Kitchen also well supplied in terms of dishes, towels and appliances. The main negative I have for this place is that the lawn furniture should be thrown away. We are big outdoors people. When I went to sit outside, my butt fell through the chair. All the lawn furniture looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. Also in the room closest to the front door the headrail for the blinds was falling down. This truly is a lovely home overall and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our family of 11 get together for my niece's wedding

I looked for a "family home" that my husband and I, our four children, two daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren could all stay in together for a family wedding in the Austin, TX area. We wanted to make a week vacation with the 11 of us all together. This "HOME" turned out to be the perfect place offering the 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and all the coziness of home. The extra bed in two of the rooms allowed my married kids and their family to all stay together and we were delighted to have a "pack n play" for the baby as well as a highchair. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable while we were there for the week. The bonus was the olympic size community pool and the "baby pool with jets and waterfalls" which my three grandchildren loved. The owners checked to make sure that we were happy with our accommodations and wanted us to contact them if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this great home away from home to anyone who is seeking a hotel alternative. I enjoyed the nice side walked development that this was in as I am an avid walker and got my miles in every morning. Great location close to everything and convenient to the airport.
