'The staff was excellent, attentive. I ask several different front desk personnel for "hot water" for tea, and they had to go to the back to get it. Every time I asked, each person, without hesitation, took a cup and got it for me. Laundry facilities excellent.'

'This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.'

'This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...

'I stay here about twice a year for various reasons. Overall, the room was pretty clean, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The trash can in the bedrom area didn’t have a trash bag, so the desk attendant gave me a laundry bag. The grout in the shower needed tending to. Additionally, they ran out of wings at the bar, so I had to leave the hotel to get food. I would still recommend staying here; no place is perfect. They also give you a warm cookie at check in, which I love.'

'Prima hotel om Philadelphia en omgeving te verkennen. Als we naar de Verenigde Staten gaan, kiezen we altijd voor een hotel van Hampton Inn. We hebben in veel ketens overnacht maar Hampton Inn voelt altijd weer als thuiskomen. We weten inmiddels wat we kunnen verwachten. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is meer dan prima. Genoeg variatie voor een paar weken. Ook in King of Prussia voelden we ons thuis. '

'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'
