This is a lovely spacious, warm and bright private room with level access and easy parking off street. This neighbourhood is quiet and very special.
You will have your own very large space facing north/east. It's a lovely outlook with the warm morning sun.
"Its just like being in a Hotel" say our friends and guests, They have always enjoyed the relaxing feel they have when staying, and we get all positive comments about the comfortable Super KING bed!
Included is a modern Ensuite with shower and large mirror with excellent lighting. In the drawer we have a hair dryer and a wee stash of bits that may be needed for personal care, just in case it was forgotten. :)

You will have in your Suite, WiFi, a SmartTV, a kettle, teas, a Nespresso coffee machine and pods. We also have a Toaster, mini fridge and microwave. NOTE -No actual kitchen or cooking facilities. ( good excuse to not cook :) )
Also ask us upon booking about your preferred milks and cereal /fruits choices and I will leave your selections in the Fridge/suite.

If you are travelling for work or to relax, it suits all being corporate and traveller friendly.
You will find an Iron, iron board and hairdryer. A large sofa, Fan and heater and a desk. Also a cafe table and chairs in the roomy and bright accomodation.
It is an easy 5 mins walk to beach, down walkway. Perhaps it may take you a few more, as you may be inclined to stop at the many delicious shops, including cafes, wine shop, restaurants. Pick up some supplies and design your very own picnic. Great restaurants and gourmet foods are right here in Kohi and nearby St Heliers and Mission Bay - Dine out or pick up a takeaway meal. There is a lot to choose from.
A large Shopping center is a short drive for Supermarket, chemist etc.

Parking is easy and safe, and no steps to worry about.
