Impeccable new 3 level, 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom very sunny & virtually soundproof end unit townhome in Seaside Villas #31 located in beautiful Atlantic Beach, NC! All bedrooms have a full bathroom. Sleeping includes 1st floor queen sleeper sofa , 2nd floor has a queen master and other bedroom has two twin beds & two baby gates in 2nd floor kids room closet for your use, 3rd floor has a luxurious king master. Towels and linens provided - all beds are made & towels / washcloths put on racks prior to guest arrival. Separate thermostats on each floor for your individual comfort. Washer and dryer available in the unit for your convenience on the 2nd floor. 5G WIFI network with TVs equipped with Roku for all your viewing needs.

Community has direct pedestrian access to beach - less than a 5 min walk. Beautiful pool area visible from king & queen master bedroom decks complete with wading shelf surrounded by palm trees is only steps from the back patio. Sound access is within walking distance. Walking distance to restaurants such as Dairy Queen, Molly’s @ DOUBLETREE & On The Rocks as well as shops such as Kitty Hawk Kites. Minutes from Morehead City waterfront, historic Beaufort, NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park and Atlantic Beach Town Park that includes splash pad, playground and outdoor skateboard park..

Interior includes all new furnishings. 1st floor includes keyless entry front door, queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs ,55" wall hung smart 4K TV w/ Dolby sound bar, window treatments and half bath with pedestal sink. Kitchen with mobile island plus granite and stainless steel appliances. Dining room table that seats 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 more people. Sliding glass door opens to enlarged patio w/table/chairs and only steps to the childproof pool gate. Outdoor storage unit has a buggy to wheel all your gear to the beach and chairs provided as well. Charcoal grill on kitchen patio as well.

2nd floor features a master with a queen bed, private balcony, full bathroom with double vanity & 50” 4K HD flat screen TV w/ ROKU. Washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Other bedroom on 2nd floor features 2 twin beds, 42” 4K HD flat screen TV and full bathroom as well.

3rd floor features the grand king master with private balcony featuring ocean glimpse from the side , 55” 4K HD flat screen TV w/ ROKU, full bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity. All sliding glass doors have childproof locks. Complimentary starter coffee & toiletries provided. There are Corn Hole boards for family fun & kids will enjoy our community playground as well !

This was a lovely property! The owners communicated promptly with us. This property was clean, with many amenities. It was close to the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom made it to convenient for the family members I traveled with. I would recommend this property.

Great vacation for our family of 6

We had a great stay at St. Somewhere in the Seaside Villas complex! The property was clean and comfortable, and included mostly everything we needed throughout the week. Our hosts communicated well before and during the trip, and were responsive to a few minor requests we had during our stay. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items, plates, cups, silverware, etc. plus other useful items like a blender and an electric griddle. The bedrooms were quite spacious and there was plenty of room for our family to stretch out. The separate bathrooms were also a major benefit. It was awesome having the pool so close...literally steps away from the back door. The pool is very well maintained and large enough to accommodate several families even when its busy. The walk to the beach was also really fast and easy and the beach wasn't super busy even in the middle of July. We loved being able to park directly out the front door, which made unpacking and grocery shopping a breeze. The property is located very close to lots of things. We enjoyed little trips out to several places in Morehead City, Beaufort, or just around Atlantic Beach. We will certainly consider returning to St. Somewhere in the future!

Home away from Home

Great location to everything. Pool was so convenient and close to condo. Beach access was great as well. We felt like we were home away from home. Having individual bathrooms for each bedroom was the best. We had our space but also room enough for everyone to eat together and enjoy family time and games. Wonderful stay

We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for 20+ years and this is our 3rd year staying in this complex. The townhome was exactly as pictured and described! Plenty of space for our family, great accessibility to the pool, an easy walk to the beach and a fully stocked kitchen! The house was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. Great communication with the owners and a fast response time. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We were visiting our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who are stationed at Camp LeJeune. It was the perfect place to all stay together for a long weekend. The pool was a great option as the beach was too hot for the baby. We enjoyed every minute!

Very Nice Home

This property is very clean, organized and the owners Chris and Nancy were very easy to deal with. We felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Dairy Queen was closed for the season and will reopen in March. We were looking forward to our short walk to dairy queen however, this was not a showstopper. We had lots of room for the family and some to spare. Thanks to Chris and Nancy, very well done.

Labor Day Weekend

Nancy (Owner) was great to deal with, super responsive which was greatly appreciated! This townhouse is great, spacious, new and updated and well stocked with everything you might need. Excellent stay

We stayed at St. Somewhere and had a fantastic stay. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is in excellent condition and very clean and well maintained. It was equipped with everything we needed. The storage closet outdoors even had beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and a corn hole set. It was very convenient to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

The pool was the best part! Very convenient to the unit and a great layout. The unit itself had furniture that was broken, damaged and not sturdy. Walls needed painting. Fixtures were not secured into the wall. Mattress' were not at all comfortable. The unit received several excellent reviews, so we were quite surprised and disappointed. The owners were responsive, but never offered a discount. We could not find a comfortable spot to relax in the unit.

House layout and location met are needs

Family vacation. House was very nice giving each member of our family privacy. Loves that everyone had their own bathrooms. location to pool and beach was great. We could have used more paper products, coffee, wash cloths, hsnd towel for powder room and blankets for the beds. Coffee carafe did not fit with the cr Coffee makers so if not very careful coffee would spill on n the counter. Otherwise everything else was great

The facility was clean and very well equipped. With the exception of the weather the week was enjoyable. We had no complaints about the property. Pool was a good substitute for the rough ocean. The owner answered all our questions promptly. Would stay again if Atlantic Beach is our destination.
