Renters must be at least 21 years of age. No smoking, No pets. No parties.
Pool opens mid May and stays open until the end of September(weather permitting).
No boat or boat trailer parking.
Park in the assigned area only. Two covered spots marked `Unit D`. Limited overflow parking. Do not park on the grass as this will damage the septic system.
**We ask that all Guests are registered and that the Vacation Rental Agreement has been acknowledged prior to receiving access code to rental. **

**Please use fan when showering and allow moisture to dissipate before turning it off.**

**No parking in the grass areas due to the septic tank. Parking on the grass will cause damage.**

*Wash, dry & put away any dishes/utensils used during your stay.

*Remove all trash from the unit.

*If furniture was rearranged, please return as found.

*Be courteous to other tenants & guests regarding local noise ordinances.
