« This was our third stay and this one was a bit disappointing. The first thing I noticed was this was the same room we had in April, as the room door doesn't close and latch on its own weight and must be pulled to latch and the bathroom door will not latch at all. Both were mentioned on my last survey. This time the toilet had not been cleaned and one of the hand towels was torn and fraid. « The property breakfast was really good and many choices to choose from. However, I was given a handicapped room that I didn’t ask for and the shower experience was really terrible. My family and I were not able to shower properly due to to the way the shower water rain all over the floor. »
