Great location, short walk (up hill in, down hill home) to shadow mountain lift
Location is great, convenient to downtown aspen and lift 1A. If you want location and reasonable pricing this is a great value, if you want ultra modern design and furnishings maybe consider other places. It was perfect for two guys (or two couples) if yourn goal is to have large space close to downtown aspen and slopes
Location was great. But condo was in grave need of a significant update. The feel was "Shabby 70's". One of the 2 bathrooms was totally unacceptable: needs a complete redo. Hot water only allowed for 1 person to shower in AM, 1 person in PM. I have no idea how 3 or more people could stay there.
Carpet and furnishings were tired and shabby. Felt like the places I stayed when I was back in school, and could only afford 1-2 star accommodations. Owner needs to significantly invest to bring it up to current standards.
Very POOR value for the money. This is an over-priced 1-2 star rental unit. Would NOT return or recommend this condo to anyone else.
The condo is a great size and the location is perfect. However a few upgrades could be made that would make a huge difference in aesthetics and functionality (putting an outlet in the bathroom, new table lamps, extra blankets, oven mitts, coffee filters, etc)
Excellent stay! Clean, great location. Simple apartment, retro, which I loved. Cozy and nothing fancy which I appreciated⊠old school skier vibes. . Will absolutely stay again.
I have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years. This was the cleanest condo or home that I have ever stayed in. Property management company was super responsicve. Highly recommended
Very clean, super comfortable beds, plenty of big fluffy towels, lots of plates, glasses, mugs, etc. Spacious and comfortable, and nice to have the two bathrooms, although they are quite small. Great communication from property managers. If you are looking for stylish and sleek accommodations, this is not the place for you. The furniture, decor and appliances are pretty vintage although clean and in good working condition.
Awesome location in downtown Aspen. It's not the St. Regis, but it's next to the St. Regis! History galore in this classic Aspen condo. The Ski history books on the shelves are the best. 1 block to the chairlifts. Will be back!
Just a short walk shops and dining, and most importantly to the gondola for skiing. The condo is a cozy throwback to Aspen in the 1970âs. Nice view of mountain from balcony, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. Unit including all appliances is dated - but so happy to have our doggie tag along .
