HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
We want every guest to have an amazing, stress-free experience—so please review and respect the following:
~NO SMOKING: No smoking, vaping, or use of drugs of any kind is allowed inside or outside the house, anywhere on the property.
~PETS: Up to 2 small dogs allowed (35 lbs or less each). Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and may not be left alone unless they are crated.
The Pet fee goes toward any extra cleaning that may be needed, not for any pet damage.
~NO SHOES: We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests. There is a cubby for shoes at the front door.
~CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
~QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
~REGISTERED GUESTS: Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
~NO EVENTS: Events or parties are not permitted without prior approval. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed, but large gatherings centered around drinking are not permitted.
~ NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES: For safety, use of candles or open flames is not allowed.
~HOT TUB & SAUNA: Secure hot tub cover and sauna door when not in use. Follow all posted safety rules. Use at your own risk.
~DAMAGE REPORTING: Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can arrange timely repairs or replacements.
~OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
*RENTAL AGREEMENT: A signed rental agreement is required before check-in where you agree to the house rules and acknowledge the safety rules and risk with participating in the provided activities.
*DAMAGE DEPOSIT: We include limited damage insurance as part of the cleaning fee to cover small, accidental mishaps. However, guests are responsible for any intentional damage or situations requiring extra cleaning beyond the standard. This includes things like draining and refilling the hot tub due to not following the hot tub rules, heavy BBQ messes left uncleaned, or needing extra time to tidy up outdoor toys and gear that weren’t returned to their proper places. We appreciate your help in keeping the property in great shape for everyone to enjoy!
*OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Two exterior cameras monitor the driveway and entry points for safety. No indoor cameras.
