10/10 spot for a bachelor party. The house is loaded with fun activities, amenities were great, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and is a short ride into town. Would recommend for any group looking for a fun reunion.

This house is perfection. We rented for a girls weekend/reunion. The amount of space, the onsite activity of sauna, hot tub and games and the karaoke stage were just want we needed to be together. The house is just a quick uber into town so we could easily go for meals and shopping. We picked the house for proximity to the town and airport and the size and we couldn’t be more happy with our girlsWeekend in Asheville.

The pictures don’t do it justice. We hosted a gathering for my husband’s birthday here and it was perfect. Every furnishing is high quality; the rooms are well appointed; and even the smallest details were considered (such as having a basket of flip flops available for those going into the sauna). I only wish our budget made it possible to stay longer. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating.

The most exceptional VRBO rental I have ever rented. Our family of 12 from Parents, children, grandchildren decided to celebrate our Christmas here from the 26th to the 29th. We walked in to 2 beautifully decorated Christmas trees and a magical view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Everything pictured in listing was exactly as shown. The personal touches by owner were first class and really set the tone for a perfect stay. The owners went above and beyond to leave enough supplies, coffee, spices, etc.. that lasted our whole stay, not just a one day start. We really enjoyed the back deck with sauna, hot tub and fire pit. A beautiful view to sit and relax and unwind from it all. I would recommend this house and will definitely book again. My oldest daughter sent a message after she got home and said this Christmas was her favorite Christmas she has had as an adult. Cheers.

This house was amazing and perfect for our stay! We chose this property as the venue and housing for our microwedding and it was beyond perfect. It was able to house all of our family and friends, including young childen and our dogs. The views were spectacular and the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos. The location was also extremely convienient, the grocery store is right down the road and downtown was 10-15 miniutes away. This made getting to town a breeze. I would recomend Norm's Peak to any one wanting a large space for family and friends with enough eminities that you wouldn't even need to leave. Thank you again for an amazing weekend and allowing us to get married here. Norm's Peak will always be a special place to us and our family.

Amazing

We had the most amazing stay for our family event. Every room has beautiful robes, luggage racks, the kitchen has a stocked coffee bar and high grade appliances. The views were gorgeous and everything worked as it should. The few questions we had were answered within minutes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic family experience!

We had a wonderful experience here! We were looking for a place big enough to hold our extended family - grandparents, 3 sets of parents, 9 children (ranging 4-17 yrs old), great aunt & uncle and a newlywed couple. First, the location couldn’t have been better. 15 mins from downtown Asheville with a view that can’t be beat. Norm’s Peak has an incredible view of the valley below and the mountains surrounding it.Second, the house was clean with all the amenities anyone needs. Plenty of entertainment for all ages - arcade games, pool table, karaoke, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and still space to simply hang out and enjoy catching up. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and appliances. The location was convenient but we really didn’t need to leave because of all the amenities - to include a Christmas tree so Santa could visit the younger children.And, finally, the owners couldn’t have been more accommodating! They were timely, open and helpful with every communication.We had a perfect experience and would absolutely recommend this home to others looking for a spot to host their large gathering!

If you are looking for the perfect place then look no further! Norm’s peak had all the amenities you could dream of plenty of room for friends and family to stay comfortably! The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was fresh pastries and cold waters waiting when we arrived! The view was breathtaking! We spent so much time on the back patio with a cozy fire, sauna, hot tub, corn hole and cold plunge for those brave enough to try! There was plenty of fresh linens and bathrobes for everyone! The game rooms were amazing! There was so much entertainment and fun with arcade, pool, fireball, shuffleboard and we put on a heck of a karaoke concert! A very short drive or uber to downtown to explore all the shops and breweries! We are already planning to come back next year! Eliott was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond! If you are looking for the perfect spot look no further because you found it! 10/10 highly recommended and will stay again!

BLOWN AWAY

To be honest, I don't even know where to begin. I have stayed in countless VRBO properties, and this is by far the most amazing experience I've ever had. Usually when heading to Asheville to tour the Biltmore estate, it's the Biltmore estate itself that leaves the most lasting impression. That, however, was not the case this time around. This home was the most spectacular part of our vacation. Every single detail of this house was masterfully and expertly thought out and designed for ultimate comfort, beauty, luxury, and entertainment that would rival Disney itself. Honestly I'm having trouble writing this review because I would need 10 pages to accurately explain how blown away we all are. In addition to the incredible home itself, the views are absolutely captivating. We did not want to leave the house. When we did leave the house, we were within perfect proximity to downtown Asheville to do all of the things, including the Biltmore estate and everything else Asheville has to offer. If we wanted to head out for a nice drive, the Blue Ridge Parkway was right down the road. Next time I will do the same vacation but double the amount of time that we are in Asheville simply so we can spend more time at this house and enjoy everything it has to offer. This was by far the best vacation we've ever had and it is due to how amazing this rental was. To top it off, the owners of this property were so extremely accommodating, kind and made everything AMAZING!!!

What a fantastic place!

Our group of twelve absolutely loved Norm’s Peak. We stayed a week and hated to leave. We had best of all worlds with the location. Great Mountain View’s and close proximity to hiking and outdoor adventures, yet only 10-15 minutes from Asheville area for restaurants, shopping etc. Our host Eliot goes the extra mile in making sure our stay was comfortable, including well stocked coffee bar, pastry tray, bath robes to mention a few. House was spacious and immaculate, easily accommodating our multi family group. The outdoor deck and game rooms were amazing with games for all ages. Though a summer stay we still enjoyed the hot tub, sauna , cold plunge combo in the evenings. Norm’s Peak will always be our first choice when coming to the Asheville area. Thank you Eliot!

Absolutely Fabulous

From the moment we stepped in the front door, we were beyond impressed. The house was breathtaking! Walking in the home to pastries, fresh flowers, and all the amenities anyone could want. I have stayed in several VRBO homes, and have never had this great of an experience. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and all the kitchen supplies. All we had to buy was our own food. There were activities for all ages! The archade games and pool table were great. The whole family enjoyed karaoke. Out side was fabulous with the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge. The views of the mountains were enjoyed by all both while drinking coffee in the morning to sitting outside in the evening. The home was close to the Biltmore mansion along with grocery shopping, Starbucks, and many restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend this home for any family vacation. next time we go to the Biltmore we will definitely stay here. Leaving with happy hearts and good memories.
