"We came back late from a long walk in the Lakes and realize arriving in our room that they gave us a room with no blind or curtain !!!! We rang the Reception at 11pm they said someone was coming but nobody showed up. The following morning when we wanted to record a formal claim the receptionist just ..."

"Nice hotel. Warm welcome on arrival. Hot tub great. The only thing was the wet dog smell in the compact room. Could do with changing the flooring. The room perfume made it worse! Breakfast good choice, great quality."

"We had room 310 it where there are some sort of blowers air con also a fire door is left open and the staff use it come come in and out but the hotel is a great place to stop apart from this"
