'Check-in at 4pm, and had not received the access code. Owner came in, and the bed wasn’t even made, looked like someone had just slept in it. After an additional 45 minutes, I got in the room. Pictures should also include the outside, because there is a sewer tap sticking up right outside the door. Small ants in the kitchen, and tv service was limited to streaming, could not access loca tv and/or sports. You get what you pay for… not happy, will know better next time.'

'Great stay. Close to West Orange Trail. Very quiet setting.The kitchen, bath, living area were all great. My only suggestions for improvements are more hooks or towel bars in bathroom to hang towels to dry. Instructions needed for the remotes for the fans, lights. My husband prefers a firmer mattress and thought it was too soft and lumpy.'

'Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'

'The apartment had a mildew/damp smell as soon as we opened the door and did not subside with AC and fans. The towels were clean but stained and the bathroom rug was also stained or dirty. Both of which were very off putting. The furnishings were minimal and the bed was comfortable enough. The sofa bed was actually a futon and wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. We’re not sure if it converted into a bed but it seemed smaller than a double sofa bed described in the overview. We know the futon was...
