At first we were taken aback by the location which seemed "way out somewhere" and then no air conditioning but soon fell in love with the home and grounds and the beautiful island breezes that flow throughout the home. We often laughed that to "turn on the A/C" was just to simply open the gorgeous mahogany shutters and let the breeze cool the house - it was so relaxing...what a gift! « Words can’t describe how amazing Christiane and her home are! We had such an unbelievable long weekend escape and are already planning our next trip back! Christiane and all of the staff are incredible, very responsive and very helpful. I 100% suggest that you do at least one dinner with her chef, Kristina. « With less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the local grocery store the location of this villa was fantastic. The lush plants and garden are what really separate this villa from the others nearby as you feel totally secluded and honestly with the gigantic pool, enormous deck and all of the seating areas on the deck it made it hard for our family to actually leave the villa! »

« The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone. »

« The home was large and comfortable, and we enjoyed several afternoons by the pool watching the hummingbirds — lovely place to sit out. Alastair and Hazel were very helpful and accommodating, we appreciated that very much. The house is in a great central location — close to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Along with this proximity to some neighboring nightspots, we did have some issues with noise late at night on the weekends. »

« Our stay was comfortable and peaceful in the villa and definitely was a good value. Communicating with Elton and Jayne was easy. We did have an issue regarding the security pass. The directions stated it was left at the security gate. We went to all three security gates and no one had a clue. We were still able to access all the amenities on the premises without it. « Communication with management was easy and we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour including how to work the gate to the property, appliances, AC units and everything in between. The photos online do not do this property justice, it is gorgeous! The large living area opens with sliding glass doors on two sides on the balcony with seating and dining area, pool and view of Jolly Harbor. We had access to a pizza oven and grill as well as a full kitchen. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs,...

« There were 2 couples and one single person so the 3 bedrrom, 3 bathroom Villa was perfect for us. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. The location was ideal, overlooking the ocean and there was a beautiful breeze sitting outside on the porch. We had an issue with the bathroom which the agent addressed immediately. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are a few beach restaurants in the area. We had a great stay! Simonetta was a wonderful and responsibe agent. »

« Great communication with owner. Really enjoyed all the hiking trails. June provided lots of advice on dining and activities and arranged for an excellent taxi driver. We were 9 people in our group and everyone of had a great experience. »

« The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access »

« Stunning views, very quiet location but close to English Harbour, so plenty of restaurants near by. You can’t beat the views and peacefulness of this place. We had no issues while we were there. The home is very large with three full baths and four bedrooms. »
