Très bon hôtel, emplacement central.
Très propre. Conforme à la description, personnel accueillant et attentif. Soins de qualité au SPA. Seul petit bémol : l'information relative à l'ouverture de la piscine n'est pas suffisamment claire, elle était malheureusement fermée car elle n'ouvre qu'en saison.

Very very good !
The hotel have a perfect localisation on the city and near the sea. The rooms are good and clean, the staff is de really nice. The spa is good and amazing massage (by Gulsin she was perfect) ! Really good expérience at the hotel !

A éviter
L’accueil est tout simplement catastrophique. La chambre est très moyenne, le coffre était cassé, le service qui devais changer le coffre n’est jamais venu. Le petit déjeuner sans intérêt. La piscine grand comme un timbre, ouvre à 12 h. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel. Seul point positif la femme de ménage, très agréable et très professionnelle. L’hôtel est bien situé pour la vieille ville. Par contre on se trouve loin de la plage.

Bon séjour
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée nous leur avons spécifié et le nécessaire à était fait dans l'heure , personnel très réactive et serviable . La chambre es spacieuse et lumineuse , le seul point négatif c'est un manque d'insonorisation si vous avait des voisins bruyant à côté. Le petit déjeuner est variée ( fruits , crudités , spécialité local , oeufs , boissons chaudes,...) L'hôtel dispose d'un coin spa ( payant ) si vous souhaitez vous relaxer , ils font un pack complet ( sauna , bain turc , massage) à prix très correct . L'hôtel es très bien situé, il es à 15 min à pied du vieux port d'Antalya ( en prenant l'assanseur en bas d'une grande place ) , a proximité vous trouverez de quoi manger pour pas chère. Et pour le shopping ce n'est pas ce qu'il manque non plus , il y a même un grand centre commerciale à 15/20 min à pied . Je recommande cet hôtel,

The hotel is in great location but busy area. It’s very clean and it has an average buffet breakfast with lots of basic varieties. The rooms are not sound proof and you can easily hear your next door neighbors. The front facing rooms also get lots of traffic noise. The staff in general are dry and hardly see anyone smiling.

Good location. clean rooms and public areas.
Good location, clean room albeit our twin room was quite small. We only had a two night stay, any longer and the room would not have been adequate due to size and the fact that there was a large pillar separating the two beds meaning that one of us could only get in and out of bed by clambering onto the bed. All the staff we encountered from reception staff to hospitality were all very helpful and polite. We also used the Spa and Haman which was very good.

The two of us stayed four nights at Old Town Point Hotel and enjoyed the stay for the first three nights. The breakfast was superb, the rooms were newish and clean, and the cleaning crew was very friendly and helpful. We have traveled across Turkey quite a bit staying at various hotels and can confidently claim that this is one of the best hotels in its price range. What clouded our last night experience was the noise and vibration coming from an AC unit. The AC belonging to another room was placed right outside our room window. The noise was unbearable and we got very little sleep that night. Other than that this was a pleasant stay.

I would never recommed this to anyone
I do not recomend this hotel for anyone with some dignity or self-respect.The service is npt good,the staff are rude and so are some of the cleaning staff. We stayed for 5 night and they only cleaned 2 times even though se put a sign outside the door. When we were (me+2 kids) early in the morning 2 cleaning women almost forced them self into the room and noted a stain on the old sheets(juice) a littlw stain and then they ram down the stairs and we took the elevator. They had the sheet with them and the person in the front desk was were rude and almost aggressiv.Told me that i had to pay 30 € for this old sheet and said do you use the sheet as a napkin. And then he claimed that they have photo documented 3 pieces during pur stay that were stained with Coffee and they have prove of that. I said that yes when you wash 60 -90 degrees stains go away. I have staid in over 100 hotels during my 35 years and NEVER ever been treated int this way or made to pay foe some old sheets,no matter were in the world. Its obviously that thay wanted to make more money. I payd 200 € for 5 night and i would not even conaider paying half of that. The breakfast was not good,you pay extra for juice and they got most sweets and old fries on the menu. In feont of our room the police made daily pullivers after midnight everyday with flashing lights,there is a sign of erotic shop thats föashing the whole night and just atound the corner is a s*xclub/adult club so its not family friendly either.

We are sure that other guests will look at the comments of our hotel and will not take your comment into consideration.You first need to learn how to be a guest. The towels and sheets we give you are not your children's cleaning cloth. If you behave like this at home, there is nothing to say about it.They even charged a low fee, 4 towels, 2 sheets and 1 duvet are unusable.We hope you will not choose our hotel again for your stay.

Great option close to transport and sights
Comfortable and well-maintained room. Wifi and TV worked well. Bathroom was clean, shower was hot and towels provided. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They honoured our free beverages too and ordered us a taxi. Excellent choice for breakfast and hot drinks included. Located ten mins walk from MarkAntalya mall, trams and seafront, 20 mins from old town. If there are negatives, the corridors were noisy at night and there's only one small lift. But overall, we were very pleased. Thank you.

Vi (2 vuxna och 2 små barn) stannade i fem nätter. Rummet i sig uppskattade vi. Det fanns utrymme och var välplanerat i var möbler etc. fanns. Det var framförallt två saker vi störde oss på i rummet. Det första var att minikylskåpet lät ganska mycket och det andra var avsaknaden av läslampor - vilket var ett problem när vi skulle få våra barn att somna. Lite dump med tanke på att vi bodde i ett familjerum. Rummet var mycket välstädat. Servicen på hotellet var däremot inte den bästa. Vi behövde kämpa för att få använda våra Gold-member fördelar. Detta var uppenbarligen något där det saknades rutiner för på hotellet. Vi hade också en fadäs där vi missat att hänga ut en skylt om att vi ville ha städning. Detta var givetvis vårt fel. Men när vi bad om en extra handduk och lite vatten tog det två påminnelser och en timmes väntan på att få det ordnat. Slutligen vill jag ge en varning för deras val av wifi-lösning. Den är inte stabil. Det gick bra första kvällen, men datorn hade svårt att koppla upp sig mot den vilket gjorde att jag under långa perioder var utan internet. Oftast krävdes det en omstart av datorn men även det var ingen garanti för att det skulle gå bra. Det gick bättre med våra telefoner men även när de var uppkopplade gick det långsamt. Hotellet erbjöd en helt okej frukost på morgonen. Det samlade intrycket är att jag har svårt att se att vi skulle välja samma hotell igen, men det beror uteslutande på hur dåligt internet fungerade. Mycket annat var mycket bra.
