She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Staff was great, accessible and very helpful! Good variety of food choices and good quality at breakfast and dinner, could be a bit better in terms of choice on the pool bar buffet and non alcoholic drinks for the All-inclusive. Children's swimming pool is awesome! Very good experience!!
