'The property was great for a girls weekend in the wine country. Definitely more suitable for sleeping 6, can't imagine 8 adults would be comfortable. The communication was great. There are just a few simple touches that would make it a 5 star stay, such as adult sized bath towels, stocked toliet paper, and a full set of wine glasses (since it's the wine country). 'We chose this place for its excellent location: Very close to our own lot while working on it. The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. 'Absolute recommendation - we had a pleasant stay :) nicely furnished, a very well equipped kitchen and wonderful location in the woods and close to the lake. But consider that you have to pay 50$ per vehicle once to enter the community.'
