'We were Sonia's first ever guests and loved our stay at the property. We stayed in the family room which consisted of a spacious main bedroom adjoining a second room with a single bed and a bunk bed. Perfect for our three kids. Our rooms also had a private bathroom attached. The property itself provides a large shared kitchen and dining room. Outside there is a large shaded table which we used for half of our meals with the other half being taken at a second table by the swimming pool. The pool...

'I found this to be a traditional Chambre d'Hôte, where you don't feel you are in a hotel but rather a guest in the house of the owners. My room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfasts were very good, and the hosts were welcoming. What more do you need? The house is about a 10-minute walk from Gaillac across the river. It is also a fairly short drive into Albi, which is a small city that is well worth exploring.'

'Wonderful stay at this chambre d’hote! The house was gorgeous, the hostess provided caring and exceptional service. The room was very comfortable and beautifully done, and breakfast was lovely in the common dining room. The guesthouse sold lovely local goodies, like wine, jams and sweets! Highly recommend!'

'Domaine du Buc provided just the right rural estate feel. A short drive to vineyards and excellent food options, it was an otherwise quiet oasis. The host Brigitte was very welcoming and helpful about recommendations in the area.'
