« Once in the hotel we waited over 15 minutes for one of two working elevators to get checked in. Our room had a leftover bar of soap in the shower behind the shampoo bottle. There were stains on the curtain that if you’d hold a blue light to them I’m sure it was bodily fluids. Keep in mind this room looks out the patio doors to the pool. First morning waited for the elevator just to go get a cup of coffee because the coffee maker in the room did not have a basket for the grounds. Gave up on...

« We love this place. It’s new, clean, big rooms, full kitchen, and laundry! The only things we had issues with were the air conditioning was finicky and our accessible shower flooded due to lack of drainage for the water. Overall, we love the location and will come back. »
