'The hotel only allows check-in for very limited time frame and if you don’t arrive during that time, then you cannot check in, and they don’t care. The Manager is not on site and the person who is there is the cleaner, is only there for a limited time during the day, speaks very little English so she is not really able to assist with any requests or problems. We were greeted by her shaking a finger at us, yelling “no, no, no!” When we said we were there to check in. We had to get our taxi driver...

'Andrea is very nice. He helps us carry our luggage and delivers breakfast to the room every day. We booked for three nights. The room has a large balcony with beautiful scenery. We can drink and watch the sunrise on the balcony. The room facilities are very new and clean, which is very worthwhile.'
