« I had a very poor experience. From the moment we arrived, the room was not properly prepared. It was extremely hot, the refrigerator had been turned off, there was hair in the tub, hair in the bed, holes in the curtains, and bugs crawling in the room. The overall cleanliness and condition were unacceptable. Customer service made things even worse. The front desk worker was extremely rude, often not available at the desk, and dismissive when concerns were reported. At one point we were told,...
