« The hotel is very smart and, although has a lot of rooms, never felt especially busy. It’s a 25-35’ walk to town (uphill on the way back) but the two helpful shuttle buses mean the only challenge is getting home from dinner. The gym and spa area and gym are large and excellent. Most importantly, all the staff were fantastically friendly and fell over backwards to look after you. »

« I highly recommend this hotel! It was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even helped me find my lost wallet. The property is perfectly located right at the starting point of the Gardena Pass. The mountain view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. I definitely recommend using the spa to relax and take in that amazing view. »

« The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney...

"Accueil montagnard pas trĂšs chaleureux (peut-ĂȘtre parce qu'on parlait italien...). ClientĂšle essentiellement germanique et nordique. L'hĂŽtel organise les tables du petit-dĂ©jeuner et nous avons Ă©tĂ© installĂ©s loin des vitres Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du buffet. AprĂšs rĂ©clamation, nous avons obtenu une table vue sur montagne dĂšs le jour suivant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Le SPA a le mĂ©rite d'exister mĂȘme si pas adaptĂ© Ă  la taille de l'hĂŽtel. Les bus ne circulent pas souvent pour rejoindre les pistes. Les Dolomites sont merveilleuses et on a vite oubliĂ© ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments "
