« One-star review Extremely disappointing experience, mainly due to the appalling customer service. During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. « A lovely gem of a place and town. Charming, clean and safe area, just lively enough with eateries and shopping. Safe for quiet strolls at night. Locals were friendly and welcoming. And the property itself was immaculately, clean fresh and beautifully styled. Perfect little convenience touches like Nespresso in the lobby and rooms and laundry room available for travelers. « Très bien situé. Lit confortable. Il n’y avait pas de ventilateur dans la chambre et lorsqu’on l’a demandé, on ne l’a jamais eu. Il faisait 36 degrés. De plus, our devions avoir une bouteille de vin ( privilège Silver), mais on ne l’a jamais eu. Contrairement à Airbnb, il n’y a aucune fourniture de base comme huile, sel-poivre, etc. »

« Stayed here overnight. Really great breakfast and the full kitchen made it easy to cook a meal in. Room was great for two adults and two teens. We were there in summer and the only downside was it was hot and with the balcony doors open you got street noise, smoke from other balconies and bugs. We didn’t sleep very well. I can imagine in ski season it’s perfect. »
