In terms of hotel quality, everything was fine. Clean room and actually a nice hotel. What we didn’t like is there were no staff on the property - so the check in process was completely done by phone. When we approached the property, it was close to 100F (38C) and couldn’t get inside without checking in and receiving our passcode.
Afterwards, we had to pay 10 or 20Euro for “early check in.” As soon as I paid the fee, I got a notification saying “your room is ready” almost immediately - meaning that it was ready to begin with. That felt like a cheap move.
We found the digital / no contact / staffless method more problematic than convenient. I likely wouldn’t stay here again, but if you don’t mind the no-contact method then it’s a perfectly good hotel.
