'Welcome with bubbles! Hotel offered everything we needed.'

'Excellent all around.'

'Variety of breakfast. Clean and big room. Have a nice space for parking. We went to a restaurant that was recommended by staff and it was amazing. Only one tiny thing : the room is a bit dim for my liking even when I turned on the lamps.'

'Rooms had a kitchen save money on eating in'

'The rooms were nice and clean and the room looked like it was recently renovated. I have had the breakfast at this chain before and it was good, but this breakfast was lacking.'

'Room was generous and clean. We didn’t use the poll but it looked a decent size. Breakfast was the usual, not very hot. Coffee and cookies were great!'

'It was very outdated. The lady at the front desk was rude. We arrived a little bit early and she told me and my wife in a very demeaning voice that check min wasn’t until 4pm. She could’ve been more polite since we are paying customers. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, fixed our bed, or gave us fresh towels. I had to get new towels from the front desk. We will never stay here again. I’m would rather pay more money somewhere else for our next trip.'

'Clean room'

'No contact stay and wonderful location and modern room with comfortable bed.'

'Room/suite was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Pretty setting. The continental breakfast hot food wasn't very good.'

'Was a well cleaned nice worker'

'The rooms had a horrible smell. And when we turned the heat on it smelled like straight fire. The rooms were gross and old! We tried to shorten our trip, but they told us it would actually cost us more to leave early than it would be to stay there. It would have cost us $355 the entire stay. But if we wanted to shorten the trip, it would cost us four hundred dollars?! What?!'

'Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is dated and needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Our room was on the third floor with no elevator. Imagine having to drag luggage, food, and other belongings up three flights of stairs and make multiple trips. It was extremely inconvenient. When we requested additional clean towels and bed linens, we were told to call the front desk because the staff member didn’t carry any. We called...

'Aardig hotel, ontbijt iedere dag het zelfde. Erg rustig. Wel lief personeel.'

'The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were a few disappointments. Not offering valet is one thing, but charging $25 for self-parking is ridiculous. We also upgraded to a two-bedroom family suite that was not as described. I’ve booked through Expedia for the past several years, and the room was advertised as having a dining area and fireplace, neither of which was included. No accommodation was offered to...
