'Nice stay! Spacious apartment. Clean and with disposable cutlery, which in our opinion is more hygenic. Especially since there is no dishwasher. Communication with host was quick and friendly. On walking distance from downtown (15 minutes). Also some restaurants on walking distance. The host asked guest to keep noise level low, since the house has more apartments. In our case that worked very well. Wifi and TV worked perfect. Over all, we had a very pleasant stay. Really can recommend this...

'The place was incredibly clean and comfortable. The host was amazing and had some of the best communication that I have experienced. The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors. Other than that amazing experience and would highly recommend.'

'This place is exactly right for what I was looking for. Off the beaten path but still close to town. The place was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for the week to include an instapot. I would recommend this Vrbo to anyone coming into Fairbanks !!! Everything was right with it for my stay!'
