'The day before our arrival we contacted the property to have details about how to get there and get the key. They gave us the indications. I specifically wrote that we will be coming late. However, when we arrived at the property we found out that it has been leased to somebody else! We were without accomodation at 22:00! They basically told us that we were on our own. They tried to give us some addresses but they were either far from town or bunk beds with strangers! This is not the first time...

'The apartment is advertised as a luxury one-bedroom, but the actual conditions do not meet that description. Check-in instructions were not provided in advance and communication was delayed; I had to arrive without clear guidance. Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge...

'Bed is very hard, apartment location is terrible in fact there is no address, i was lost for 4 hours looking for this apartment, poor communication. Car parking is horrible, if you have a medium to large car you cannot get in. '
