Once on site, the check-in itself was quick and the staff member was friendly. Inside the apartment, only one bath towel was provided, with no hand towels or kitchen towels. There was no iron, ironing board, kettle, or basic kitchen cleaning supplies such as a sponge...

'Bed is very hard, apartment location is terrible in fact there is no address, i was lost for 4 hours looking for this apartment, poor communication. Car parking is horrible, if you have a medium to large car you cannot get in. '
