Nikte Condominiums offers contemporary beachfront accommodations along Akumal’s Half Moon Bay. The location provides access to great snorkeling and is within easy walking distance to Akumal’s restaurants, bars, and other services.

Nikte Unit 5 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium, located on the third floor of the property. The unit enjoys a large oceanside terrace furnished with a dining table and comfortable chairs, making the perfect setting for your morning coffee.

The unit is finished with beautiful granite countertops, marble flooring, and travertine showers, decorated with gorgeous native parotta wood furniture and tasteful accessories.

The floorplan offers an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. From the living area, step easily onto the oceanside terrace, allowing an easy flow between the indoor and outdoor space and more opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of Half Moon Bay.

The principal bedroom is also located on the ocean side of the unit with direct access to the furnished terrace. The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and a Smart TV and enjoys a private ensuite bath.

The second bedroom is located at the rear of the unit with garden views. It is a private restful space also furnished with a king bed, smart television, and ensuite bath.

Akumal is a small beach community with ecologically minded locals and two swimmable bays, both of which are home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is a 20-minute drive from the popular resort areas of Playa del Carmen and Tulum and just one hour south of Cancun International Airport.
