'Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again.'

'Great hotel! First time staying here and we were blessed with a free upgrade to a suite- it was so nice & spacious! The sitting room was perfect for the kids to watch tv and play with toys after a day at the zoo. The room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. It was a quick drive to get dinner out and the free breakfast buffet was really good. '

'Checked in and the entire lobby just has a weird smell of food. Got to our room and we had NO hot water. Reported to the front desk who had their maintenance come and said a fuse blew on the hot water heater. We just drove 8 hours and all my kids needed bathed. And were forced to take cold baths. After an hour the water was still cold and I was like "you'll just have to be patient" it was like midnight. The toilet paper smelled like cigarettes and there was no stopper for the bath tub. '

'The staff was friendly and the location was great. This hotel is definitely showing its age most of the furniture is chipped and missing paint. The room was nice but the desk had some substance like super glue on it. Overall was a nice experience. '

'Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!'
