For Coffee lovers, there is a rustic cafe next door and the popular restaurant the Bombay Bicycle Club just down the road.

Guest have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay and are also able to access the communal rooftop terrace and BBQ area.

The property is self check-in for your convenience. Easy to follow instructions are sent through prior to checking in.

Although we are located off site, we are available via Airbnb messages at any time.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking so that we can quote rates.

There is one undercover car park available but lots more free street parking if you should need it.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
