'Breakfast choices were varied with lots of fresh fruit. Parking was very easy. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The young man in charge went out of way to be kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay at the cozy corner on. In addition, it was close to everything we went to. '

'My room was clean and fully equipped with fridge and microwave, good pillows and no smell. Breakfast is served for take out in the office including many nuts and fruits. Personnel was a little pushy to write a review, but this good review is well deserved. They provided also multiple free bottles of water and after my hike they allowed me to still use their restroom even though I already checked out. Multiple nice hikes and views in the environment!'

'Had a lovely stay at the Berkshires Untold! We checked in late and the staff reached out to confirm our arrival time and accommodated us without issue. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous and this renovated motel was very well done. We didn’t get to enjoy the fire pits outside but they looked cozy. We also did not have any food or beverage. The room was perfect for two of us, had all the basic amenities and was charming. Overall had a very pleasant stay! '

'This is the second time that I’ve stayed there at this hotel and I will continue to stay there when I visit. I just wish and this is a personal preference that breakfast was included in the price.'
