'Best place we’ve ever stayed at. The front desk was incredible and very nice. He was able to communicate with us in English perfectly. The black pork and abalone soup were delicious. The beds were divine. The in room hot spring was transcendental. All staff members were very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!! '

'There is a small kitchen, comfy place to stay in for a night or 2 facing the sea. The check in process is that theres no reception, but they label the key properly for your room. So it was pretty easy. Not recommended for those who need lift or heavy bags as there is only stairs '

'６年前に利用しており久しぶりに泊まりました。済州市から車で35分くらいの所にあり移動はもっぱらタクシーかレンタカーになります。近くに小規模の飲食店とコンビニがあります。この地区は神話ワールドで巨大なリゾートエリアになります。快適でした。'

'스튜디오 타입으로 침대 외 작은 테이블, 식기와 조리기구가 비치되어져 있으나 음식을 해먹진 않았어요. 조식을 정성껏 차려줍니다. 룸과 조식 식당에서 보이는 경치가 예뻐요. 저희는 올레길 걷기가 목적인 뚜박이 여행자라 대중교통 이용했는데 위치가 편리하지 않았네요. 렌트카 이용하면 별 문제되지 않아요. '

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didn’t like so much (but that’s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

' I truly enjoyed the time at Tropical Hideaway as a solo traveller. The proximity to the sea and the mountain, not to mention Olleh hiking trails, made it so perfect. Only downside is reataurants because most of them close relatively early. Swimming pool was almost to myself during the day, and the bathtub after night run made my day.'
