'Great location! Comfortable beds'

'Great location right on the beach! The condo was perfect for our family! Lots of extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc. It was very well stocked. Only real negative was the ac seemed to really only work in the bedroom area and if it wasn’t turned on low it would smell musty after being gone most of the day. We would stay here again. It was a cute place and very comfortable.'

'This is a well-cared for older property. It reminded me of cottages our family rented on Tawas Bay when I was a child. I rented the one bedroom cottage that was perfect just for me, but it would be a bit tight with one other person. However, it was so very clean, inside and out. Outside, the furniture was in very good condition and comfortable, the hanging plants are gorgeous and the beach is well groomed. The most delightful surprise was the quality linens. No thin sheets and towels here....

'Amazing location! We came for a wedding that was located on Rennie Lake, about 10 Minutes from our vacation rental. All we could think about was how much we wanted to return to our location so we could enjoy a peaceful sunset. The staircase is def steep but I felt very safe getting up and down them to the bed area. '

'This remodeled cottage on the beach was the perfect location for all of our needs. The cottage was beautifully remodeled with comfortable beds. And the beach views were stunning. Highly recommend.'

'Super easy to get to and great location. Although the rooms were extremely warm!'

'The space was a lot smaller than expected. 6 people was a tight fit for the space in the dining/ living room area. The beds were full size and small for two " larger" adults. The bathroom toilet was not properly attached to the floor and made noises after flushing. Parking swas not lit properly and was misnamed properly.'

'Great property. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Great centralized location.'

'Liked the location, but this cottage needs a full overhaul. The floor was filthy with sand and grit when we arrived with about a dozen fake rose petals and wads of hair mixed in as well. The kitchen cabinets were broken and sticky. There was obviously a roof leak over the kitchen sink. The shower was moldy. Absolutely nowhere to put down your toiletries in the bathroom. Less than 6 inches to squeeze between the toilet and shower in order to exit bathroom to kitchen.'

'Great private beach, and about a 12 minute drive to downtown. We live a few hours away so left home early to not waste our day. We arrived at 1:00 and went straight to the beach! We msgd the rental mgmt to see if the unit could be ready earlier than the 4:00 check in, they said no - 4:00. Around 330 I asked if I could enter the unit to use the bathroom. They said I could use the bathroom but that the unit wasn’t fully ready until 4:00 because they were taking picture. that was nice they let us...
