'Terrible customer service. I was charged to much for a late check out. First they admitted but cannot/ don’t want to refund. After that they said it was my own fault and indirectly accused me of lying. Never aigain. '

'It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else....
