'The access is made through a side door entrance. A grey looking corridor leads you to 1st floor flat. Great entrance with comfy corner chair facing a shoe rack. 'Nice and cosy little house. Very well equiped kitchen, small bathroom with shower/tub combination. Not even 5 min away from Aberfeldy when driving by car. Small parking space behind the house. Had a great stay but the check-in was terrible. The house you see on the picture is divided in two guest houses. So there are two doors with two different key boxes. They gave me the wrong code so i had to call the emergency number i got in the chat because i didn't get a immediate response via chat or...

'Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. '

'What an amazing property. A real hidden gem. Property was much larger and more spacious than I expected from the listing. Social living areas downstairs were just fabulous and bedroom spaces upstairs were great. A couple of the bedrooms a bit rough round the edges however all bedrooms nice and clean. Outdoor space was great with a fire pit and outdoor furniture. The propertys location is great for peace and quiet, although there is one property next to it we never seen or heard anyone...

'We loved our staycation during our trip. It was clean, had good quality furniture and peaceful, We had trouble finding the building and the communication was super helpful. What we wished for was having some shampoo, body wash, and more toilet tissues than what was left on the holders. I definitely recommend this place. '
