'Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved.
Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings.
The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options.

'Reads Balance is a beautifull hotel in a quiet environment. Recently re-opended but fully operational.
It is only 15km from Palma and 25 minutes drive from the airport.
We have enjoyed the room with a beatifull view on the property and the green surroundings.
