'Heel mooie en luxe hotel, veilige omgeving. Goede en ruime kamers. Jammer alleen dat er geen koffie of thee apperaat aanwezig was op de kamer, of gratis flesje water per dag, wat bij andere 5 sterren hotels wel het geval is in Brazilie. Loopafstand van de boulevard en strand. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Receptie keurig en efficient. Raad dit hotel aan....'

'Nice hotel with friendly staff, nice view beach/ Favela, supermarket on walk distance. Nice sky- lounge restaurant on the 30th floor. Missed Nespresso and water cooker machine in the room. No tissues in the bathrloom.'

Resortfees, extra charges,... komen er nog bij - omdat we er 8 nachten verbleven, kregen we enkele kortingen die ze meedeelden, maar op de rekening waren deze niet te vinden. Even aangehaald dus - enkele keren amenities vergeten aanvullen op de kamer - prachtige uitstraling van gebouw en kamers, maar nooit ruiten/spiegels zonder vettige vingers gezien (beneden in de lobby, in onze kamer,...). 'Overall, the hotel and the service were good. The breakfast was especially magnificent. However, the room was not clean. The faucet and the metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted. Also, there were spots on the furniture upholstery.'

'Technical state of the accommodation is below standard. Showers flushing over into the room, room doors not closing when you leave and lock of the toilet defective. But worst of the worst: they don’t care. My clothing got all wet at the day of departure. All I found was a rude receptionist (Juliana) and a hotel manager that prioritized his/her lunch above speaking to me. NEVER AGAIN!'

'Super staf. Great stay but view from the room was disapointing. Bit far from the best beaches as this beach nearby has nothing to offer except dirty water. No one is swimming there. The views from the rooftop bas are awesome. The staf is super friendly. Early check in was a bit bureaucratic and not really possible. Check in procedure coild be a bit better but for the rest no complaints. The stad at breakfast was really good. The music on the rooftop wss a bit too loud and many didn’t want to...

'Das Emiliano ist ein Hingucker, vor allem die Dachterrasse mit Pool. Der Staff ist sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war leider schon etwas abgewohnt, an einem Abend taute sogar der Kühlschrank einfach ab und bildete einen Pool Wasser auf dem Boden. Auch gibt es keinen guten Abzug im Bad und daher sind in den Fugen großflächig verschimmelte Stellen. Das Mobiliar ist recht abgenutzt. Zudem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei diesem Zustand „fragwürdig“.'

'O local é maravilhoso, literalmente um refúgio dentro da cidade do RJ. Mesmo para nós que moramos aqui. Toda a equipe é super acolhedora e atenciosa. A comida e o café da manhã são nota 10! Todo atendimento da cozinha é bem personalizado. Só passamos um dia na casa. E queremos voltar outro dia, com mais calma. Dormir e acordar com o som das ondas batendo nas pedras, é algo maravilhoso.'
