'Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service.'

' Food is good and a nice pool area. Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...

'Prachtig hotel, zeer comfortabele kamer. Schone en goede badkamer. Helemaal top was het eten in het pas geopende Raintree Restaurant, onderdeel van het hotel. Een ster waard! Alleen de taxi van het hotel die ons bij het vliegveld oppikte was voor Indiase begrippen absurd duur, 3600 INR. Op de terugweg rekende een normale taxi voor dezelfde afstand 700 INR.'

'Our stay was amazing at the Sheraton. The check-in was very quick. Mr. Bibin at the front desk was very polite and receptive. The whole resort was super clean and the all the staff were very kind and approachable. The evening high tea with snacks was arranged near the beach, with tables arranged along the beachside. It was lovely. The pool was at level 3 and very clean. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The dinner and the breakfast buffet were amazing with a wide spread of tasty...

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'Dit hotel was een verademing t.o.v. het jachtige Chennai. We hadden niet verwacht dat het zo'n rust zou uitstralen. De bediening was zeer goed, hulpvaardig en zeker niet opdringerig. Het is geweldig gelegen aan het strand en het groen wordt zeer goed onderhouden. het is zeker een aanrader voor mensen die rust en luxe willen ervaren.'
